JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seek bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.1003 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the death having been caused within seven years of marriage from the date of gauna took place, while the marriage has been taken place long back in the year 2015, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
