The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No. 337 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 406, 409, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations of the case of the petitioners that there were Director of Company and the vehicles were on loan and have been recovered on account of non-payment of loan, prima facie, it is a case for the offence under Sections 379,406, 409, 420, 467, 468/34 of the IPC. I have considered the submissions, taking into consideration, the nature of allegations, I am inclined to grant
