Mr.Raghib Ahsan, learned senior counsel is present on behalf of the respondent and has pointed out that this appeal has arisen out of the suit for eviction filed by the plaintiff-respondent on the ground of personal necessity and default. It has also been pointed out that the respondent is being denied the fruits of the decree due to the reasons which are attributable to the harassing and lingering attitude of the appellants.
