This modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to modify the order dated 15-07-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24269 of 2016.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner was granted privilege of bail by the aforesaid order but due to mistake, in the prayer portion of original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 24269 of 2016, "Sessions Trial No. 410 of 2016" has been mentioned in place of "Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2016" and, due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 15-07-2016. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 24269 of 2016 in course of the day.

In view of aforesaid submissions, this modification petition is allowed and the order dated 15-07-2016 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36682 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 Misc. No. 24269 of 2016 is modified to the extent that "Sessions Trial No. 410 of 2015" mentioned in the second line of second page of the order, be read as "Sessions Trial No. 422 of 2016" All the terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 15-07-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24269 of 2016.
