The petitioner seeks bail in Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR and no stolen motorcycle has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. On the basis of confession of co-accused Rahul Kumar who allegedly stated that he purchased the alleged motorcycle from this petitioner name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2021. Investigation is complete.
