The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 225/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was found carrying a bag containing 50 K.G. of rice with Rajesh Prasad Sah.

It is submitted that petitioner had no manner of concern with the rice. The stock of the school was searched and verified. 08 quintals and 50 K.g. of rice was found in excess. Rajesh Prasad Sah headmaster of the school has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 52853/2016.

No.55273 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 225/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
