JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 372 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have taken Rs. 5,55,000/- from the informant on the pretext of providing him job in Railway and also provided forged appointment letter.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that now a compromise has been reached between the parties and they have already returned the entire money to the informant. However, from perusal compromise petition it

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below on 25.07.2019 and the court below shall issue notice upon the informant so as to make enquiry with regard to veracity of compromize between the parties and if the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is found to be true, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount, otherwise, he is free to pass any order as he deems fit and proper.

Till the enquiry is completed, the court below is directed to release the petitioners on provisional bail. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
