Mr S D Sanjay, ASG Mr Abhay Shankar Jha, CGC ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner, faced with the objection of territorial jurisdiction of this Court in respect of orders passed in Sri Nagar and Bhopal, submits that since his revision is pending, he will place reliance on the law as laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Avtar Singh -VersusUnion of India & Others reported in (2018) 1 Supreme Court Cases 268, in the pending Revision proceedings.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2831 of 2016(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 In view of the said judgment, it is submitted that the petitioner will raise the circumstances which are required to be considered by the authorities in terms of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Avtar Singh (supra). In view of such submission, there is no occasion for this Court to exercise its jurisdiction. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty, as aforesaid.
