The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 05.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 4753 of 2016.

A show cause has been filed amongst other on behalf of the Circle Officer, Baheri, District-Darbhanga stating that the land was made completely free from encroachment, was

If the order is to remove the encroachment, the opposite parties are duty bound to see to it that no fresh encroachment takes place.

If there is still any encroachment, the Circle Officer, Baheri, Darbhanga shall take steps for the removal of the same in accordance with law.

The MJC No. 1526 of 2019 stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
