JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-10-2025 Appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 19.03.2025, passed in CWJC No.4328 of 2025. Appellant was a candidate for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor in Social Science by the Respondent-Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna pursuant to the advertisement issued in the year 2020-21. Grievance of the appellant is that she has not been invited for interview even though she is more merited candidate.

2. From perusal of the order of the learned Single

Patna High Court L.P.A No.427 of 2025(4) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 Judge and dates and events mentioned in para-3 and 4, it is crystal clear that appellant has failed to approach or knock the doors of this Court at the earliest point of time, at least on or before 09.01.2025 and to secure interim order to the extent that she may be permitted to participate in the process of interview, subject to outcome of the writ petition. On the other hand, interview process was already completed on 10.01.2025 whereas appellant has approached this Court on 20.01.2025.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, no interference is called for in respect of order of the learned Single Judge dated 19.03.2025, passed in CWJC No.4328 of 2025.

4. LPA stands dismissed.
