Patna High Court CWJC No.7803 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 mandamus commanding and directing the respondents especially respondent no.3 and 7 to dispose of the petitioner's representation contained as Annexure-5 to this petition regarding his grievances related to his land of Mouja Rakouli, Thana No. 365, Khata-62 Khesra-451/146 Rakwa 10 Decimal on the basis of the report dated 20.02.2022 submitted by the Anchal Amin, Barahat to the Circle Officer, Barahat, stating therein that some villagers i.e. respondents No.8 to 14 have forcibly encroached the land of the petitioner but the respondents have not taken any legal step against the respondents No.8 to 14."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Barahat, District - Banka for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
