This application for issuance of contempt proceeding against opposite party is not maintainable in view of the fact that the order was passed on 29.03.2019 in a civil revision matter vide C.R.No.69 of 2018 arising out of Eviction Application No.03 of 2016. No mandamus was there against the opposite party. Hence, the petitioner may pursue appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
