The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 347, 323, 504, 506, 447, 384 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they demanded Rs.2 lacs from the informant as rangdari to vacate the land and snatched his hand bag containing Rs.10,000/-. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45493 of 2017(2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 and for the said reason the present case has been instituted. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Birpur at Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. case No.134 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
