The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 365, 354/34 of the I.P.C. and sections 8, 12 of POCSO Act pending in the Court of 1st Additional District Judge, Bhagalpur. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners with submission that there is direct allegation against the petitioners and witnesses have also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45063 of 2017 (3) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 supported the prosecution version.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
