The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Departmental Resolution contained in Memo no. 4868 dated 20.10.2014, whereby and whereunder the Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has clubbed the proceeding which was converted under Rule 43b by Departmental
Patna High Court CWJC No.22504 of 2014(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 Resolution no. 4736 dated 23.09.2013 with Departmental Resolution no. 1444 dated 21.03.2013. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got no instructions to press the present petition, as such, the present writ petition may be disposed off. 3.
