This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Maker P.S. Case N0. 87 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is an accused in a case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is accordingly dismissed.

The question as to whether there is any material collected in course of investigation can be treated to be against the petitioner can be seen by the court below while considering petitioner's application for regular bail.
