1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna, Mr. Bipin Kumar.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna to

2/4 issue enrollment certificate of the petitioner as an Advocate enabling him to commence his legal practice without further obstruction.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner next submits that petitioner had applied for seeking his enrollment certificate as an Advocate before the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna on 09.01.2025, but then the petitioner till date has not been enrolled with the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna on the ground that police verification is awaited.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner next relies on an order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur in Writ Petition No. 34475 of 2024 (Rakesh Singh Bhadoria Vs. The State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh & Ors). It is submitted that the relief sought by Rakesh Singh Bhadoria was akin to the relief which is being sought by the petitioner in the instant writ application.

5. It is further submitted that the Hon'ble Madhya Pradesh High Court in the case of Rakesh Singh Bhadoria (supra) had directed the respondent/Bar Council of M.P. to enroll all the Advocates provisionally within one week from today subject to the verification to be done by the respondents

3/4 and the writ application was disposed of.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna, Mr. Bipin Kumar submits that in view of the order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the Hon'be High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur in Writ Petition No. 34475 of 2024 (Rakesh Singh Bhadoria Vs. The State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh & Ors.) and also keeping in view that numerous writ petitions have been filed before this Court concerning delay in enrolling the law graduates for want of antecedent reports, the House resolves unanimously that who have completed the formalities for enrollment, their matter be placed before the enrollment committee and if other formalities are completed, they will be granted provisional enrollment certificate awaiting police verification report, as would manifest from Resolution No. 80/2025 dated 25.04.2025 of the meeting of the General Body of Bihar State Bar Council.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna to adhere with the Resolution No. 80/2025 dated 25.04.2025 and the enrollment certificates of the petitioner and all the intending candidates be issued expeditiously and preferably within a period of 15 days from

4/4 today, awaiting police verification report.

8. The writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
