The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonepur (Hajipur) Rail Police Station Case No. 96 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (c)/22/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.09.2018. Learned counsel further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and petitioner was not arrested at the spot.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let
