The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No.49 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The F.I.R. has been lodged after ten days of the alleged occurrence. Earlier the wife of the brother of the petitioner also filed a criminal case bearing Harlakhi P.S. Case No.50 of 2020 against the informant's husband and others, vide Annexure 3 to this petition.
