27-01-2017 Sri Shraddhanand Paswan, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Principal Addl. Advocate General - 2, after some argument, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition. He submits that same matter is pending before the Apex Court in relation to Advertisement No. 01/2004, relating to appointment of constables. He submits that if any favourable order is passed by the Apex Court, the petitioner may be granted liberty to avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
