The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014 registered under Sections 448, 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 354, 452, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 20.01.2014, when Deepak Kumar, son of the informant, went to the house of his relative Jiya Lal Sharma for giving Rs. 15000/- then Ranjit Kumar, Raushan Kumar and petitioner started to assault him and snatch money. When he raised hulla, then they entered in his house and abused her daughter-in-law and also torn her cloths and tried to outrage her modesty and snatched silver ornaments.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44258 of 2016 (2) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are co-villagers and due to land dispute, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
