The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 34(ii), 38(ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the neither the petitioner has concern with the alleged recovery nor he has been engaged in any illegal trade of liquor. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody
