The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26559 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 Considering the complicity of the petitioner having been transpired in course of investigation in a case registered under sections 20 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act in which recovery is 145 kg ganja, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is accordingly rejected.
