The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur Police Station (for brevity PS) Case No 322 of 2019, GR No 1474 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 401 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b), 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Earlier, petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by this Court in Cr Misc No 6835 of 2020 by order dated 27.02.2020 (Annexure 1) with liberty to renew his prayer after framing of charges.

Charges have not been framed as per the report submitted by the Court concerned. The report further suggests

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24623 of 2020(7) dt.08-02-2021 2/2 that the process for supplying police papers/documents and appearance of accused persons was completed and on 08.12.2020, the matter was committed to the Court of Session. In view of the fact that charges have not been framed till date, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected with liberty, as granted under the earlier order dated 27.02.2020.
