Petitioner seeks disposal of his representation filed before the Secretary, Water Resources Department, Bihar, Patna seeking review of his suspension. It is submitted that the petitioner has remained under suspension since 28.08.2018 by an order issued by the Additional Secretary, Water Resources

Patna High Court CWJC No.7727 of 2022(2) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 Department, Bihar, Patna under Memo No 1845. Submission is that since the proceedings are not progressing, the Authority should take a decision whether petitioner's continued suspension is warranted or not, having regard to the fact that charge memo has now been issued.

Learned State Counsel has not jointed these Virtual Court Proceedings.

Prayer of the petitioner, being limited, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No 2 to take a final decision on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2020 (Annexure 6) claiming review of the suspension.
