The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sakurabad P.S.Case No.198 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story as per FIR is that in view of order passed in a Writ Application, the inquiry was conducted by the Vigilance Department with respect to appointment of the newly appointed teachers in Panchayat and in such inquiry, certificates of the petitioner were found to be forged as he got his service on the basis of forged intermediate certificates. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now he has been removed from service; for which he has preferred a Writ Application and the same has been disposed of with direction to prefer an appeal before the District Teacher

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Sakurabad P.S.Case No.198 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation and appear as and when required. It is also made clear that passing of this order will not restrain the authority concerned on realization of the amount, which he has already received.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
