The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 100 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341/323/324/307/354/(B)504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
