The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dagarua P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that all the accused persons came and entered into her house and brutally assaulted the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant got abrasion injuries which are simple in nature. The allegation is false and concocted.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49109 of 2016 (3) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Dagarua P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
