Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the petitioners and informant and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that kind of allegation levelled against the petitioners in the instant case is a counter blast of the land dispute and present case has been filed as a pressure tactics.

No.25136 of 2018(2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S.
