JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 15-05-2019 The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the concerned respondents to grant him the revised pay scale as per the recommendation of 6th and 7th Pay Commission Report and consequential benefits in the light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12576 of 2016 disposed of on 23.01.2019.

2. The petitioner is working as Chowkidar in P.H.E.D., Arwal, who claims to be entitled for 6th and 7th pay revision and the arrears of the payment.

The petitioner under the aforesaid circumstances is directed to represent before the Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) detailing his grievances within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
