2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that taking into consideration the present scenario of B.R.A Bihar University and the Education Department, he has been instructed by the petitioner that he

Patna High Court CWJC No.7022 of 2023 dt.28-08-2023 2/2 seeks to file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, for getting his grievance redressed.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation for payment of admissible dues along with the pension and interest before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar.

4. The Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, is directed to call for service records relating to the petitioner and ensure to make payment of admissible retiral dues within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.

5. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
