The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhubani (Town) P. S. Case No. 43 of 2017 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that in the intermediate examination one Sanjay Kumar was apprehended appearing in the name of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered sympathetically in view of the fact that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29843 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 the petitioner is an adolescent and has a long future ahead and, if a chance to reform himself is granted, he may turn to be an honest citizen in future.
