Patna High Court CWJC No.8188 of 2019 dt.16-05-2019 2/3 Block - Mehsi, in the district of East Champaran. In the merit list, the petitioner was placed at Serial No. 2 with 57.6% marks, whereas private respondent No. 7 has been placed at Serial No. 1 with 61.14% marks.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that private respondent No. 7 has wrongly been appointed on the post of Anganbari Sevika for the reasons that she does not hail from the area from where persons have to be selected and that the certificates furnished by her are forged and fabricated.

3. A complaint in that regard has been made by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, East Champran, Motihari, but the same has yet not been disposed off.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of such complaint and after hearing the necessary parties, viz., the petitioner, private respondent No. 7 and other stakeholders, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a

5. If the petitioner still remains aggrieved, she will have the opportunity of challenging the aforesaid order of the District Programme Officer, East Champaran, Motihari before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
