2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 219 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 447, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 24.07.2016, the informant was sitting in front of his house, in the meantime, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner came there and abused the informant and on protest they assaulted the informant with lathi and danda due to which the informant sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31071 of 2024(3) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 submission is that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 219 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
