The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barh P. S. Case No. 371 of 2015 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to gravity of the offence and the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he ravished a minor girl aged about 15 years, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
