The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second attempt by the petitioner for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with aforesaid Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No.73 of 2015. The prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28959 of 2016.
