JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 05-02-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court would direct the respondent authorities of the J.P. University to examine the claim of the petitioner as with regard to payment of 12.5 percent compound interest on the Group Insurance in place of 10 per cent, 50 per cent D.A. merger and Earned Leave which has been revised to a maximum limit of 300 days and revision of pension from 01.04.2007 to 30.06.2012, strictly in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.36 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 Thus, if the petitioner would file such representation enclosing copy of this order, the Vice Chancellor of the J.P. University shall do the needful and take appropriate decision within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

It goes without saying that whatever amount being found admissible and payable to the petitioner on the aforesaid heads, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of such order of the vice Chancellor of the University.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
