The appeal is admitted.
This is an appeal under section 14 (A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, against the refusal of prayer for bail vide order dated 23.08.2019 passed by 1st Additional District Judgecum-Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 (i) (V) (V2) SC/ST Act, whereby and whereunder the prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the appellant has been rejected.
Allegation has been made that the accused persons
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2180 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 came, dragged the informant and his father and forcibly administered poison that led to death of the victim. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the appellant. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
