JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 384, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Having regard to the materials available on record, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28412 of 2020(3) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1,00,000- (one lac) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
