1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant cancellation application has been filed seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by an order dated 26.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.77649 of 2024.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that Cr. Misc. No.26487 of 2025 was filed seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to Firoj Alam @ Firoj Ahmad @ Firoz Alam, who was also an accused in the instant FIR, on which the learned A.P.P. Sri Chandra Bhushan
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26492 of 2025(3) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 Prasad submits that this Court after recording a detailed order was pleased to dismiss the Cr. Misc. No.26487 of 2025 wherein cancellation of regular bail was sought of Firoz Alam, who was granted the privilege of regular bail by an order dated 21.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.42099 of 2024.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at this stage, fairly submits that the grounds on which the cancellation of regular bail of the opposite party no.2 is being sought in the instant case is on identical grounds based on which cancellation of regular bail of Firoz Alam was sought in Cr. Misc. No.26487 of 2025.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the order dated 04.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.26487 of 2025, the Court finds no merit in the instant cancellation application and thus the same is dismissed. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
