2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging violation of the order dated 27.08.2015 in CWJC No. 484 of 2009. From the pleadings on record, the Court finds that the order of the Court has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. However, with regard to payment made to the petitioner, especially relating to the deductions on the head of

Patna High Court MJC No.856 of 2016(5) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 advance drawn by the late husband of the petitioner, if the petitioner so desires, may move against such deductions before the Competent Authority by filing representation. If such a representation is filed, within one month from today, the Authority concerned shall consider the same within one month from the date of filing of the representation.
