The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.Case No.315 of 2017 pending in the Court of CJM, Bhagalpur registered for an offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

It appears that the anticipatory bail prayer of this petitioner has been rejected as per order dated 18.10.2017 passed by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.50248 of 2017 on the grounds mentioned in the rejection order. As such, I am not inclined to reconsider her prayer again.

This application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail on the available grounds, which shall be considered on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Sanjay Kumar, J) B.Kr./- U T
