JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 This contempt proceeding was filed on the plea that the benefit of pay- scale of Rs. 14940/-in respect of Readers was not extended to the petitioner in spite of judgment of this Court. A show cause has been filed on behalf of Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University stating that the benefit has now been fully extended to the petitioner, and the amount of Rs. 4,21,626/- has been sent to

Patna High Court MJC No.4968 of 2014 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2 / 2 the Principal, B.R.M. College, Munger-vide Cheque No.663269 dated 21-2-2015 covering the entire arrears in that regard. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instruction in the matter. However, in view of the statement made on affidavit, it is expected that if the amount has not already been paid to the petitioner, the University will ensure that within one week from today, the amount is credited to the account of the petitioner. The University will ensure that detailed statement in support of the calculation is made available to the petitioner without the petitioner being obliged to get initiated another contempt proceeding; for that the responsibility will be on the Finance Officer of the University.
