The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 8 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he outraged the modesty of a minor girl aged about 16 years and when Harendra Chandra Vanshi came in rescue, he also assaulted him, I am not inclined to grant
