JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned GA-2, Sri Vinay Kirti Singh who has appeared in pursuance of order dated 09.07.2016 on behalf of OPs. It has been submitted on behalf of learned GA-2 that instant petition has been filed for violation of an order passed in CWJC No.3777 of 1990 wherein status quo was directed to be maintained. It has further been submitted that on account of compromise having affected amongst the parties outside the court, the aforesaid CWJC No.3777 of 1990 stood disposed of on 15.09.2004. Considering the conduct of the parties, proceeding ahead with the instant petition will serve no purpose.
