The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant who is a police officer alleged that two persons, namely Narayani Narendra and Jitendra Kumar @ Alok Kumar were apprehended who disclosed that they used to advertise for jobs and when job seekers contact them on telephone, they assure them to provide job and take Rs. 10,000/- from the job seekers. The petitioner is alleged to have arranged a room for the accused persons. There is no allegation against the petitioner that he cheated anybody.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39608 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
