====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 486 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30A/30B of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that 13 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner No. 1 and 10 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner No.2. Petitioners are in custody since 01.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25470 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of for bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 486 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
