Twice, when the matter was taken up on 17.02.2024 and 29.03.2024, none had appeared to press the writ petition.

Mr. V M K Sinha, learned counsel representing the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 submits that a counter affidavit has been filed wherein, a categorical averment has been made after superannuation of the petitioner on 31.01.2002 from the service of Central Coal Field Limited, his pension was settled from CMPF office and again revised as per NCWA VII @ Rs. 2,360/- per month in October, 2010.

3. Considering the fact that there is none to represent the petitioner for the last two consecutive dates, this Court had left with no option, but to dismiss the writ petition, on account of non prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
