For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Radha Mohan Pandey For the Respondent/s : Mr. Kumari Amrita, G.P.10 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader No.l0 for the State.

The contempt application has been filed claiming disobedience of the order dated 3.1.2014 passed in L.P.A. No.1654 of 2013 and its analogous cases.

In the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party No.3, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, it is stated that the order under contempt has been complied with by issuance of Resolution by order of the Governor dated 5.1.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the said Resolution, the benefit of Matric trained scale has been granted to the petitioners with effect from 1.10.2003, but they apprehend that the Resolution may not be implemented.

Patna High Court MJC No.41 of 2015 (4) dt.29-06-2015 From a consideration of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is evident that the order under contempt has been complied with.

The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) (Anjana Mishra, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
