JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice refused by this Court, lastly on 22.10.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months.

Pursuant to order dated 25.9.2020, report of the trial court dated 1.10.2020 is on record kept at flag F which reveals that twelve witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending for further evidence.

In view of development in the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again refused.
